I am Sebastian Sitaru, 27 years old, born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and currently living in Munich, Germany.
I am a resident physician (Assistenzarzt) at the Department of Dermatology and Allergy at the Klinikum rechts der Isar, TU München, currently in my 2nd year. Before I studied in Freiburg, Germany, and did parts of my electives in Bern, Switzerland (Inselspital) and Chapel Hill, NC, US (UNC Chapel Hill).
At the moment I speak 5 languages: English, Romanian, German, French & Spanish (plus numerous other programming languages like PHP).
My interests include digital medicine, big data and AI in medicine, and web and software development. My dream is to bring IT and medical research and practice closer together. I also swim in my free time.
